my friend, ging lent me the book thinking that i would love it as much as she did. And you bet i surely did! this is the first book of sophie kinsella that i've read and i just love the simplicity of the story yet at the same time there's still that magic and fairytale-like spark all throughout.
i love reading books and with my time almost tied around my work these days, it's hard to find spare minutes to read and be lost in another world. good thing though that this book was with me during the storm when there was no electricity that i wouldn't have anything to than sit and immerse myself in the story.. but still i wasn't able to finish it last weekend due to some chores. so i find myself sleeping in late to read several chapters and wake up later also than usual but still able to sneak reading into my morning routine. and yeah i was late hahaha...
this book is worth reading if you have experienced finding how were you able to arrive at the point where you are now. and especially if you are guilty of maybe a one-sided love, an illicit love affair, or forcing yourself to love or like someone just because it seems fit.
i've bawled over this book unexpectedly after reading it. hahaha. waves of emotions that i though had already slipped away suddenly awakens and i woke up suddenly remembering all those feelings that i though i had left when i left my life in the city....

i love it. i'm not a fanatic of the series, maybe have watched only a two or three episodes courtesy of friends pa hehe.. but i enjoyed the movie. syempre it's about love, men, girlfriends, lifelong friendship! it makes you smile thinking that you have those kinds of friends that you could have during those crucial and heartbreaking moments of your life.
it's a movie to watch with your girlfriends not with boyfriends (for me).. it's a movie that even the most unexpected person would shed a tear or two (like my friend apy!) hahahaa..
